Support Tips:

1. Do not plug your foot pedal into the USB port until the programming software is installed properly.
   
   
2. After the software is installed, reboot your computer.
   
   
3. Make sure your foot pedal is in operating mode before plugging it in.
   
   
4. After plugging your pedal into the USB port, wait until it is detected by the operating system before switching to programming mode.
   
   
5. Once you switch into programming mode, the operating system will temporarily detect a second device. Let this second detection finish before attempting to program your foot pedal.
   
   
6. If you did not follow the above proceedure for installation and your foot pedal will not accept programming, unplug all foot pedals and uninstall the programming software. Reboot your computer and reinstall the programming software again. Follow the above steps 1-5 for reinstallation.
   
   
7. Once your foot pedal accepts programming, you must follow the correct sequence of keystrokes and/or other commands you wish to program into your foot pedal.
